Rich "Ace" Franklin To Fight Matt Hamill in UFC 88 - Atlanta, GA

According to our sources, Rich Franklin will be fighting Matt Hamill in UFC 88. Rich will be moving to the light-heavyweight division to take on Hamill.

Some say the reason he's moving up in weight is to avoid having to face Anderson Silva again, but Silva is scheduled to fight James "Sandman" Irvin on the 19th in the same division.

This will not be a new weight division for Franklin though as he has spent time in this division early on in his career.

In other news, EFM has learned that Jesse Taylor is back in the UFC and will be fighting CB Dollaway on UFC Fight Night 14 (July 19th in Las Vegas). Taylor as everyone knows was kicked off the TUF 7 Finale when he kicked out a limosine window which was captured by Station Casino's cameras.

It has been reported that Taylor since then has attended AA meetings trying to get his life together. The fight comes about a month after CB lost in the finale against Sadollah.
